Who I am
Academic Background
I am an Australia Awards Scholar (2018–2019) and hold a Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University, specializing in Global Development Policy. My academic focus has always centered on governance, development planning, and evidence-based policy for countries like Nepal.
Career Experience
I have worked across Nepal’s federal and local governance system, contributing to national planning, public administration, and service delivery reform. I was involved in drafting Nepal’s 16th Periodic Plan and played a leadership role in establishing the One-Stop Service Center at Kathmandu Metropolitan City, improving efficiency and citizen access to services. Over the years, I have also published policy-focused articles in leading Nepali newspapers and Government of Nepal journals.
Professional Interests
My core interests lie in evidence-based policymaking, effective implementation, governance reforms, institutional strengthening, and citizen-centered public service delivery. I am committed to advancing transparent, accountable, and impactful governance systems in Nepal.
